Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned HR Executive who specializes in recruitment and other human resource management.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, hiring, managing, and talent retention.
- To develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company.
- Develop a company policy for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews.
- Source candidates and fill in vacant positions in the company and manage the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create customized job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position in the company
- Anticipate future hiring needs by analyzing the organization’s development.
- Mentor candidates regarding salary, benefits, and work culture.
- Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metrics.
- Work closely with the company leadership to stay updated and meet the company’s hiring needs and define selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other team members.
- Review performance and work closely with employees for ensuring employee satisfaction and happiness at the workplace
- Perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual reviews in association with company leadership for all employees
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks as deemed necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- 0 – 2 years of experience into Human resource management
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and online job portals.
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn Recruitment Search tool.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar is a great plus
