Samatvam Meditation and Yog Center (SMYC) is a non-profit based in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering mindfulness, meditation, and yoga programs both online and in-person. They serve individuals, workplaces, schools, and athletes. The name Samatvam comes from the Sanskrit word for equanimity which means staying calm and balanced no matter what life throws at you.

When the founders came to 9 Digits Media, they had a clear vision. But that was it. No name. No logo. No website. No brand. They needed everything built from the ground up.

The Problem

What started as a clean new-brand build quickly became far more complex. The original brand name that is ‘Inner Vana’ turned out to carry a strong negative cultural meaning in the US market. That meant scrapping everything that had already been designed and restarting the entire creative process from scratch, while still keeping the project on track.

Logo Approved on First Presentation. After exploring dozens of directions, the final mark which was a gold mandala with a deep navy wordmark was approved immediately. The founders said it looked like something they already knew.

6 Pages Delivered On Schedule. Homepage, About, Classes, Blog, Contact, and Membership all built with fast load times, clean code, and optimised assets for a smooth visitor experience.

3-Tier Membership Launched With Zero Friction. Each tier linked directly to a pre-selected sign-up form, cutting the path from discovery to sign-up to the fewest steps possible.

Complete Brand Built Twice. The original Inner Vana identity was scrapped mid-project due to a naming issue. 9 Digits Media restarted from zero and delivered a complete brand — logo, colours, and typography under the new name Samatvam, without delaying the project.

Social Media Integrated as Part of the Brand. Social channels were woven into the site naturally and not bolted on giving visitors a clear pathway into the Samatvam community.

Full Scope Delivered On Time. Complete rebrand, six-page website, membership system, and social integration all closed within the agreed deadline, no shortcuts, no drops.
