Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day to day operations of our digital marketing agency. The role requires strong project management, team coordination, and hands-on digital marketing expertise to ensure timely delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Project Management
- Analyze project requirements and execution schedules
- Develop detailed project plans and oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple client accounts, as required
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure quality and timeline adherence
- Prepare regular internal and client-facing reports on project status and performance
2. Team Coordination & Governance
- Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, Social Media, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, and Tech
- Conduct weekly review meetings (three times a week) with digital marketing teams to track progress and resolve bottlenecks
- Conduct weekly status meetings (two times a week) with leadership to provide updates on project progress and escalations
- Ensure seamless communication, accountability, and workflow alignment across teams
3. Client Management
- Act as a key operational point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure client expectations, deliverables, and timelines are clearly communicated and met
- Support client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement
4. Digital Strategy & Execution
- Closely work with Account Managers to align digital marketing strategies with client business goals
- Research market trends, platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media
- Share review and feedback with Account Managers for their monthly social media planners to optimize client social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Monitor organic efforts by AMs to drive engagement, reach, and visibility through strategic content and campaign execution
5. Content & Social Media Management
- Collaborate with Management to develop social media strategies and monthly content plans
- Manage, create, curate, schedule, and monitor content for assigned clients
- Coordinate content development with SEO, Social Media, and Design teams to ensure consistency and relevance
- Research and create custom content, including basic creatives using DIY design tools
6. SEO, Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Use Meta Analytics and platform insights to review campaign performance
- Analyze campaign results and prepare actionable insights and recommendations with Campaign Manager
- Ensure timely delivery of analytics reports and monthly planners
7. Tools, Systems & Reporting
- Use content management systems (CMS) and project management tools efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting discipline, and process compliance
- Support continuous improvement of operational workflows and systems
8. Additional Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc client or internal requirements as assigned by Management
- Stay updated with developments across client industries and digital marketing trends
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows (especially Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing)
- Proven project and operations management capabilities
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and analytics tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
