Campaign Manager

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Margao, Goa for a Campaign Manager. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve defined business KPIs.

The role involves developing campaign strategies, managing advertising budgets, coordinating with content writers, designers, and freelance resources, ensuring brand consistency, monitoring campaign performance, and implementing data-driven improvements. The Campaign Manager will also work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-performing campaigns and measurable business results.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA3 & GA4) and campaign performance metrics.
  • Knowledge and experience in Affiliate Marketing/Affiliate Management.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with creative teams to ensure high-quality, brand-compliant campaign assets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
